Last view: 964 days 		I wish I had time for other games but with my Business of Gaming class, I have the feeling that may change a bit as I know my professor and he likes to have you do gaming research.
Note it is more than just playing the game because anyone can pick up a controller and mash random buttons. It is the knowledge and history you gain from the experience which matter.

At least all my notes nowadays are electronic. Makes it easier for me to be honest.

Edit: Oh and we will be working more on the business side of things this semester so that will be fun.

Electronic notes are convenient, but I was never able to input formulas fast enough for it to be worth it in math-heavy courses... (and since my field of study is physics, well...)

I still use old-fashioned paper notes. Being a math person, I like the flexibility to write mathematical equations and draw geometric figures and whatnot.

I still use written notes as well as electronic ones. I always have paper or a stick notes for those quick notes that just needs to be jotted down right away. I however keep my more in depth things electronic when possible. Notes in class I still hand write since my notes are very short and to the point as I usually remember the lecture. I usually just keep numbers and dates and such in the notes.

Last view: 964 days 		I find that when I take math notes that the process is very mindless or it seems so. I find I can learn much easier if I have the notes and just do problems without worrying that I'll get behind people.

I'm quite slow at taking notes in the first place though. That's why I usually need a note taker. Good news is no class this semester needs much notes, at least for me. At least I hope.

I've actually had a few teachers that grade our notes. Yes, really. If we're missing a page of notes, we'd lose points.

Last view: 964 days 		The reason my notes are slow to make is because I can't stand "shortcuts" and I have to write out everything. I get nitpicky about how it looks so that's my ultimate downfall. Bright side, my handwriting is good but it takes almost twice as long to do so. I prefer typing by far.

I should sleep as my mind is telling me to but my fingers have life of their own it seems. We shall see to this tomorrow. Of course, the RPG work and other coding will slow me.

Hey, writing's good. I've been getting back into it myself, drawing inspiration from the depression of life.

I don't like academic writing though. Essays, citations, formal language, getting graded on it, bleh. My writing grades have varied widely from A's to F's depending on whether the teacher likes me <_< >_>
