I feel I didn't get much done today but I did for the first time in a long time sleep a full 9+ hours and had a great dream. No, I am not starting a revolution any time soon.
I might just chill and play some game I haven't in a long time though. |

Went out with family & friends. I was driving, but that's kinda expectable being the only one of the group that can drive.
Nice day overall. The world could always use more heroes! |

I did some more experimenting with my PSP to get FuSa to work.
I found constantly that standard FuSa_SD.prx only works on firmware of cfw5.50 or earlier, and the FuSa_SD_kai.prx released for cfw6.XX is utter shit, I decided to try for one of the custom firmwares that the original would work on... Also, having done some research into why games require a certain firmware, I found that all it does is look at version.txt in flash0: and check if the version number is equal to or greater than the minimum requirement, with few exceptions actually needing firmware-based files to work. If you can figure out how to properly spoof version.txt in ms0:seplugins/, you can run a lower firmware with version.txt emulating a higher version number. Failing to get version.txt to properly show with 5.00 m33-6, and having every game I tried (even games that were compatible with ofw5.00) fail to load, I looked into 5.50GEN. Only problem was that 5.50GEN-A (full) didn't work, either, so I looked for a more up-to-date version, finding 5.50GEN-D3 to work since it spoofs version.txt with the catchall fake version.txt of 9.9X, and does it for you during firmware flashing. I found that there are a few bugs in D3 where save files will read corrupted, but I found a fix that generally seemed to work (it fixed Final Fantasy II, but not Project Diva 2). Having finally worked out all of the kinks, I installed and activated FuSa and tested it out. The result? Success, but there's a slight bit of bugginess in the video out, but not enough to be too terribly upset about... Given that the picture is otherwise perfectly clear. I did notice I had to maximize the CPU clock to play Maverick Hunter X at full speed, which heats the PSP just enough to make my hands sweat a little more than slightly more than they usually do when playing it. I'm not too concerned, though, because if done in moderation, it shouldn't damage anything too badly. I think this has been a very productive last three to five hours. A test video may be going up soon when I get some sleep, assuming I wake up in enough time before work tonight. |

Started off the day with a cal workout that consisted of push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, squats, mountain climbers, lunges, and then flutter kicks...200 of each. Was pretty smoked, but it was a good workout.
Then packed up a reserve HALO chute, two HALO mains, then repaired some night vision devices. Sewed up a few covers and did some small patch jobs, and finally it was go home time. YAY! Next up: A shower, some food, and snuggling up to the PS3 for a bit before going to bed. Not a bad day. ____________________ Sonnanja, ore no inochi wa toreneena! Today was pretty much a busy day. I spent most of it running around the campus.
The unusual thing is the the President was in town on a campaign stop. While it was about a block and a half away, most of the people wanted to leave early to either go or to get out of dodge before the traffic jam. Anyway it was a interesting day. Well, I randomly decided to watch some Doctor Who. Amazing show that I'm now sucked into. I've been working on my RP and something else related to this board. And I've been posting a lot here.
And even more posts since Anya arrived. <3 You just brought on lots of activity just by "poking in". :> |

Oh man... I did not get any sleep yesterday. I was up all day, waiting for Curt to take me home since power got turned back on. He didn't. I finally decided to lay down to go to bed when he left to take his girlfriend to Punxsy for her to go to work.
I was just about asleep when he and Bill, our other friend we were hanging out with, came back. Bill had bought a PSP, and wanted me to hack it... A process that took me hours to do for both my Slim and the Fat that Curt now owns. Luckily for me, I stumbled across an infinitely easier method for installing custom firmware. Apparently, you can install CFW 6.xx Pro from the equivalent official firmware without an exploit... Gud jarb thar, Sony. So, I installed my 6.60 Pro-B2 to Bill's PSP within minutes, but he had bought a few UMDs, one of which I was curious to play, so I took two hours to rip and shrink to .iso format. The game was God of War: Chains of Olympus. I've never understood the hype to the series, but I figured if it was in easy grasp, I might as well snag it while my memory stick still has space. Since Bill forgot to buy a memory stick when he was at Gamestop, I talked him into buying my old 8GB stick I used before getting the 32. I got 25 bucks for it, which isn't bad. What was bad, was I had to run home to get the fucking thing. So, Curt and I took my stuff home and I grabbed the memory stick. So, yeah, I didn't get to sleep until eight-ish, which only gave me about two hours of sleep. I'm tired and in a foul mood because of it. I can't wait until I get home so I can sleep. |

I spent yesterday basically watching some stuff on Netflix. I'm taking a little time to just rest since we have so much going on at work I need the relax time. I also been playing NSMB2 a little bit. Can't wait for the end of next week. We'll be closer to normal levels of activity The Dynamic Profile Administrator™"Never Knows Best" Note: if you can see this my layout broke. Waking up at 6 AM for my ride to college is getting to be difficult. However, I managed to install 8 on this computer over XP and now I'm just waiting for the snapshot of Minecraft today. Dinnerbone mentioned to look forward to some things in this snapshot for in his stream.
My backpack is heavy since I got my laptop with me but at least I can get work done with it as well as me bringing the power cords. I need to get a computer pack so it will be easier on my back. |

Watched an interesting movie called "The Secret" which is fairly interesting to watch and it is on Netflix so I'd recommend giving it a watch. It does make sense in how you shape your own life in what you attract with what you think. |
