I finally found a way to convert 3dxml to .obj. Now I can rip all these gamecube games models that bmd viewer doesn't support them |

I also have a date. What's nice is the lady I work with has mutual feelings about me too, and was going to ask ME out.
In other news, I have heard nothing back yet from my roommate regarding my rebuttal to his note. We will see what happens. |

Bah, it looks like I got distracted with random things again. I got nothing much done yet feel that I did. These moments are weird.
I'm hoping to focus on some important things tomorrow, like homework. |

Miracles Happen When you believe... Level: 254 Posts: 79/25311 EXP: 263233157 Next: 1550168 Since: 07-16-12 From: Albany, NY OS: Windows 98 Last post: 119 days Last view: 119 days |
I was a bit surprised when Age of Empires 1 and SimCity 3000 actually worked properly on Windows 7 x64 despite being over 10 years old (I didn't bother with RCT1 under Windows 7 because I forgot what settings I used last time, and installed it in my VMware)
Windows 98SE in VMware Workstation seems to not support 16-bit color (yet it oddly does support 32-bit, but not 16-bit) though, so I was having some trouble with a few games (which is a reason I keep both 98SE and XP VMs around) For those 16-bit games, I definitely prefer a Windows 3.1 setup in DOSBox though "Miracles happen, when you believe..."

♥1918 ✿4468 ★2 Most older 16-bit games seem to run better in DOSbox than in "raw" Windows anyway. |

It bothers me that age of empires 1 runs well in win7 and age of empires 2 needs the explorer to be killed, or else you have the weird colors |

Last Simcity I played was 4. However the one I had the most experience with was Simcity 2000 MacOS version. One of the few games they had in the shop class mac.
I've found that Battle Chess DOS was much better in DOSbox when I was nostalgic for it. When I tried running it in Win2k it didn't really play well.I forget why since it was a very long time. The next time I played it was in Linux with Dosbox (Dos in a box!) and well it worked out better. I've mostly stuck with it when I need it. Still trying to get some things more organized for college. Managed to get a new backpack made to not kill my back with my laptop and other things in it. It is well padded so that's good news. |

Welp I am half way week one of the semester. So far the fires have been manageable and we've had the usual interesting happenings. I can't wait for this week to be over. 3 day holiday + one of the 'What else is going to happen' weeks is over. My PSP fucking bricked itself. Not what I wanted to find today, but whatever.
I know how to fix it, but I have one ever so slight problem... I need another PSP. I need it to modify my battery into a Pandora and set up one of my memory cards for use as a recovery card. Good thing that both Curt and Bill have PSPs. |
