That would be a sight to see. Getting stuck in the elevator and needing to use the washroom would suck so fucking badly. I don't even want to get into how much that would suck. |

Posted by Scrydan Oh. fuck. That would be the worst thing ever. In fact, needing to go the restroom in any kind of enclosed place (buses, trains) is painful. |

I was just mere seconds from stepping in but I missed it because my backpack strap was needing adjusted. And then I took the stairs instead once the power went out. It went out for like ten minutes. |

...Right. And I was wondering why it still said 9/10 at the top. |

To do: allow renaming of certain particular threads if you have permission. Could be useful or totally useless but eh. Probably not on my top todo even if it was a bit more useful, haha.
...at least I can't yet. I may request a magician's aid. Well, tonight has been fun but I think I should try to sleep a bit earlier than I have been. |

Getting stuck in the elevator would suck!
Well having perms per mod power is a good thing as it's "all or nothing" and having a 'thread' perm as well as the 'forum' perm again not a bad idea The Dynamic Profile Administrator™"Never Knows Best" Note: if you can see this my layout broke. Posted by Anya I actually agree to this, I have two legs. That's what stairs are made for, not offences but Elevators were mainly made for handicap people, were they not? |

Posted by Rydia Well, for the first few floors it's not a big problem, but try to ascend to the 10th story by stairs. That is not so easy anymore. |

Posted by LilianaPosted by Rydia True, going upstairs gets tiresome after some time, but there should still be resting places nearby. Even leaning on a wall helps. |

Try doing it with shopping bags too. You do need supplies to live off, you know. |

Last time I visited Kiyoshi, I took the stairs because the up elevator was down.
No points for guessing which floor he's on. |

Posted by Liliana Indeed. But that's why you should only get the things that can help you make it through that day, sure people don't do that, but, you can carry at least 6-8 bags per person. Depending on weight. |

No, dummy. 10th. The floor that was mentioned earlier.
And Rydia? You are so full of shit if you think you can walk up ten flights of stairs with full shopping bags. It just doesn't work out. Here's one way to see how: 1. I am in pretty poor physical condition, but it's not that bad. I was carrying my laptop bag when I visited Kiyoshi. The first few floors were easy. By the eight floor, I was cursing the elevator. 2. Someone in reasonably good condition could probably do it with much less effort, carrying the same amount. 3. From personal experience as Mom's willing pack mule, I can tell that even a minimum (below-average?) amount of groceries outweighs my laptop. Even if you're in a better physical condition than I am, there's no fucking way you're gonna carry 6-8 shopping bags up the stairs all the way to the tenth fuckin' floor and not be sore and/or way out of breath in the end. This is not open for further debate. |
