I could listen to Positive Force hours upon hours.
I quite dislike the background track in Setting Sail, Coming Home. Additionally, since it's the ending tune, I imagine I'd have to see it in context. The vocals were average. I like the tune starting about 2:00, though it's brought down by the rest. .hack - Phase 3 Magus the Propagation is vague, not anything astonishing, but pretty good. The Solstice title theme... woah, this packs quite the punch. Haven't heard it before, but I like it! |

As voted: I am really biased towards chiptunes and other synth-y tracks, but I think Positive Force, again, really captures the player's obligation to explore, but with urgency. And then I picked the Solstice track because Tim Follin is a god, which god should be respected by all you lowlife ingrate peasants. |

Posted by Votes It was a bit tough but I decided with these. The last match was especially a tricky pair to decide upon. |

Match 15: VVVVVV - Positive Force, because I love the MOD/XM style of music <3
Match 16: .hack// - Phase 3 Magus the Propagation, though it was a close one, I chose this because it sounded badass ![]() "Miracles happen, when you believe..."

Apologies for the late update this time, I've been sick and now I'll be gone tomorrow, so I'll update on the 23rd.
Also, my votes are VVVVVV and .hack//. |

Match 17... well - both tracks are good, and I've played both of those games. Well, the Super Meat Boy track is in my opinion one of best tracks in the game (Can o' Salt is on that list for me too, but seriously, I'm surprised that most epic boss theme was used for first boss). Mega Man 3 track definitely fits almost final stages and sounds really well (Wily's Stage 5 has short repetitive track, but it doesn't really matter, as it's just one screen before the final boss), but perhaps.
Actually, now that I think about it, I think I like Battle of Li'l Slugger more. But the difference isn't big, really. But somebody has to win. Now for match 18. Romancing Saga 3 - Four Noble Devils wins for me because it's good track (those Japanese RPGs have good music ) and Yoshi's Story - Yo-Yo-Yoshi is very repetitive. |

Battle of Li'l Slugger is nice, epic, and has a pretty memorable tune to it (even if unknown to me).
Wily Stage 3&4 is.. Well, I dig Mega Man music. It's not too great... I guesssss I'm not voting for it. Yo-Yo-Yoshi... The deep voice immediately turns me away. It doesn't seem to have much going for it, either... No, I don't like it, sorry. Four Noble Devils is nice. Yep, I'm for. |

Votes:
Super Meat Boy's most epic track is this one. It's a touch choice because Mega Man 3's most epic track is the competitor this match. Nevertheless, SMB gets my vote. As for the next match, that Yoshi's Story song is fucking horrible. So the other gets my vote by default. It also happens to be a nice track in the end. |

Match 17 - The Battle of Li'l Slugger
A tough match for me. Both songs are awesome, but the SMB gets my vote in the end. Match 18 - Romancing Saga 3 - Four Noble Devils The voice IMO is what kills the YS one... |

Match 17: Super Meat Boy - The Battle of Li'l Slugger. Just awesome.
Match 18: Romancing Saga 3 - Four Noble Devils. As much as I liked Yoshi's Story.. I never did like that music track. ![]() The world could always use more heroes! |

Match 17: Although its the first time i hear the SMB song and Wily Stage 3&4 is great, i vote Super Meat Boy - Battle of Li'l Slugger (Extended).
Match 18: Difficult choice, but uhh.. Yoshi's Story - Yo-Yo-Yoshi. When compared to the other song, Yo-Yo-Yoshi is just too catchy. |

Well, looks like a vote from me for these two matches is irrelevant at this point, but oh well: +1 wily and rs3
Match 17: 6 - Super Meat Boy - The Battle of Li'l Slugger 2 - Match 18: 7 - Romancing Saga 3 - Four Noble Devils 1 - Match 19

Well I'll throw in my votes now.
Touhou 6: Embodiment of Scarlet Devil - U.N. Owen Was Her? for 19. Super Mario 64 - Dire Dire Docks for 20. My criticism against this MUSHA song is the same as the last one, the "noise" is just too obnoxious. |

When I was voting for Positive Force, I was wondering why not Potential for Anything? Positive Force is good track, but Potential for Anything is even better. As for U.N. Owen Was Her?, ignoring memes that made this track like 20 times "better", we just get track is way worse than this VVVVVV track.
As for Super Mario 64 - Dire Dire Docks, well I guess it's good track, but doesn't win with really good tracks. But as other choice is bad, well, the choice is obvious... |
