Unfortunately, it does not seem to have much of a result :P
You need to eat until you feel like you're gonna explode each time you do. Also, no skipping meals or eating diet foods.

I can't stand diet drinks. Artificial sweeteners taste nasty to me.

They always have tasted off/horrible to me for the most part. Also funny enough, there's been something mentioned in various places about them causing muscle aches or something like that.
Turns out, my dad stopped drinking his diet soda and switched back and his back isn't killing him anymore. May be a coincidence but I find it interesting regardless.
