Looking at those results.. it seems that those that get caught up in the sprees do well, but the others are left struggling from the aftermath of them..

I usually go to sleep around 8-11am, and wake up around 3-6pm.

Sometimes, if it starts getting really bad I just won't sleep at all and I'll then go to bed at around 11-2am the next day. This usually fixes it for a day or so but I just end up screwing it up again very quickly afterwards >.>

And living in Europe really doesn't help: all the fun stuff on the internet happens during the late night/early morning. Bluh.
