For allergies, I really suffer in very high pollen season. Well, more precisely flower pollen. Grass pollen doesn't affect me. So those days of the year with high flower sales, I actually need to take something to ease it off. Doesn't usually stop the headache I get from it though.
As for other medication, I only usually take as per prescription or any of those off-the-shelf cold relief solutions. But those are quite rare. Oddly enough, despite having asthma, I've developed to the point I can just vent out my lungs in clean air for about five to ten minutes to recover. It does lead to a dizzy spell though, but it's better than what a lot of people suffer. The world could always use more heroes! |

The newer-generation mood stabilizers might be safer (Lyrica, Lamictal, Depokote etc.) than lithium and also do not require routine blood monitoring  (in some cases, an antipsychotic like Abilify, Seroquel or Risperdone might be needed if a mood stabilizer is not enough)"Miracles happen, when you believe..."

I'm not so certain if the future brings hope. Maybe things will be better in the 2200's or something but I doubt anything will change for the better soon.
