It only worked for me because I sleep curled up and had a sleeping bag in the backseat. It's just an option really, not even necessarily a good one. |

Actually, the parcel shelf for some cars are made of fairly soft materials, enough pressure and they would probably pop out or break. It's then just a climb through the car from there.
