Quite a few things. I do have to say I am finding Windows 8 a bit snappier than 7.. 20 minutes I got to play with it. I may have jury duty week after next, and many other things. (I feel I never have enough time in a day anymore

Wow, I didn't even know that Win 8 was coming out O_o. Then again, Win 7 came out when I was in 10th grade.... I'm in college now, so it only makes sense that new versions would be coming out, right? God DAMN time flies. I literally just upgraded to 8, too.

Preview edition. Tried it in a virtual machine.. which had some oddities from touch drivers unsupported in there.

It does acknowledge a "touchscreen" though.

It still uses a scroll bar.. I'm not sure if it even still supports my touch driver. :/

Feeling pretty damn good.

Gord Quest finally saves and loads basic level data.

Now to get a tile selector panel. Or something.

EDIT: Got it to load the actual tileset I'm going to use and work with the right offsets. Today is a good day.

Right now, it just draws two kinds of blocks.

The future of Gord Quest is hopefully going to be a nice fully featured platform game.

But I've got to get it to at least a workable demonstration thereof within... 29 days? :<

Actually that was confusing me too. Not that people would find you not ugly (I dunno what you look like but I'm SURE you look fine), but that I got LOTS of offers for sex in the past month. >_>
