Hm. I have barely touched that game. I usually own the competition with my Blissey and Metagross, though.

Yes, they're hacked-trained but they don't exceed the limits of what you can do in a game. If they were, it wouldn't be possible to use them in the game.

I already have one with 30/31 in all IVs. I spent countless hours trying to breed that one forth. To be honest, I didn't need such extreme IVs but one or a couple IVs kept ending up terrible. And then I got that one.
