That wouldn't be a problem if places were hiring and if I didn't suck at job interviews and I don't have a college education or a degree.

Which is why I am choosing to write and hopefully get published to rid myself of the job that I loath so much. I don't want to keep looking for a new job, I want to get paid for what I enjoy doing.

I've been writing since the 5th grade and with this set of characters for a long time, so I know them well. Got the first draft of my book typed out and now I have to go back and edit and polish it up. There's a lot of work to be done with it and I already know what I need to add and what to take out. So fun hard times ahead. Sucks that I have a 40hr a week job that takes up some of that writing time but if I work hard enough, it will pay off, I just know it. I know I'll be rejected but eventually, I hope, I won't be.

I freelance now as a writer and editor of a video game website and I've had a few of my poems published back when I was in middle and high school.

Yes and it has changed since I posted the rough version. And with my current edits, going to change again but the core story is there.

I ordered a book via Amazon that came in while I was on vacation that I hope will help me with the edits and to fins a publisher. I'm going to need to buy some highlighters cause I am going to color up that book. Oh and post-its. But I think I have those.

Also, to go back to an earlier conversation, we only have one car. My husband needs it to get to his job. My job is closer, so I ride my bike to work, If I would get a new job, it would have to be close by. Public transportation blows here.

No, FF6 is the second best Final Fantasy game

I didn't enjoy the job system with FF5, that was my main problem with the game.

Final Fantasy X is my favorite from the series, then followed by FF6. I also enjoyed FF8, FF9, and then FF7. For me, FF7 isn't on the top of my favorite Final Fantasy list. I did not enjoy FF5 or Tactics, but that's not my style of gaming. FF12 was meh. Loved Balthier and Fran from the game, but it was hard for me to actually finish it, but I eventually did. I did not finish FF5 or Tactics.

As for FF13-2, I already have it. Did a review on it, but sadly, haven't gotten around to finishing it yet. FF13 was meh for me, much like FF12 was.

Speaking of Sims 3, I need to load that game up and play it again. Got when it was on sale and I really haven't played much of it. Got a few games like that.

Had some grilled cheese with some chips. ^_^

I want to get a blender to make fresh fruit smoothies. I think Seattle has influenced me slightly.

I just randomly listed Final Fantasy games, but if I had to list them:

1. Final Fantasy X (and X-2, since I combine both as one game, simply for the story): I had this debate with myself for a long time on which Final Fantasy game I liked better, FFX or FF6. Final Fantasy X finally won out. The story, characters and music are all outstanding. I can look past the "meh" voice acting, especially from Tidus, but overall, for me, this game is my favorite Final Fantasy game. I loved the fighting system. Finally, a FF game where you can bring in more characters during battle when someone falls. I always hated how a character would fall in battle and once the three (or four) person party died, that was it, game over. What about the rest of the party?! Are they at the pub? Sleeping? They just don't care about their fallen? I also enjoyed the sphere grid, which I ended up maxing out.

2. Final Fantasy VI: Kefka. Best Final Fantasy villain, hands down. He pretty much destroyed the world and his only issue? Getting sand in his boots. Once again, this FF game is loved by me so much because of the characters, story and music, even though I like FFX's musical score much more.

3. Final Fantasy VIII: A lot of people did not like this FF game, especially with FFVII releasing right before it. I did. I haven't replayed it in awhile, but I still remember enjoying this game. I liked the characters, well, maybe not Selphie, and the story wasn't that bad. I did find the "draw system" a little annoying, but I dealt with it.

4. Final Fantasy IX: Reason why its not ranked higher than FFVIII is because I felt it was too "kid like". Loved the relationship between Zidane and Garnet and one of my all time video game scores comes from this game, it is titled, "Not Alone". I haven't played this FF game in a while either and maybe if I played both 8 and 9 again, the order might change.

5. Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core: I actually liked Crisis Core more than FF7. Maybe its because of the story, but something about Crisis Core really pulled me in.

6. Final Fantasy VII: This was my first Final Fantasy game that I played. I enjoyed it, but as other FF games started to come out, I liked those more. Plus, I really didn't like the "flower girl" that much, until I played Crisis Core. When she died, I wasn't all bent out of shape about it. I hated taking care of Chocobos and the materia system.

7. Final Fantasy XII: Only because of Bathier and Fran. The story was good as well, but I didn't like the rest of the characters. Well, maybe Bash as well.

8. Final Fantasy XIII: I just could not relate to the characters, at all. And even if I couldn't relate, I just didn't like them. I'm surprised that I finished this game.

(I did not either start or finish the following: Final Fantasy 1 - 5, Final Fantasy Tactics, Dirge of Cerberus.)

I feel like I left something out here as I am getting distracted now...

I would make a few threads about sports, but I don't think a lot of people follow them. -_-

I rather take the stairs than an elevator, unless I'm super tired.

My old childhood friend works at a salon that is doing a grand opening next month and they do funky hair color! Might get my hair dyed again, this time more purple than pink. Or maybe something different, I have a while to think about it since its in October.

Work and work. Finished up the main story arc of my Dark Jedi in SWTOR. Still need to get her to level 50 though.

Everyone is shocked that it didn't rain while I was in Seattle.

Currently it is 86 but feels like 92 degrees.

Try doing it with shopping bags too. You do need supplies to live off, you know.

I don't have elevators where I live, so I have to use the stairs to get groceries into my apartment. Of course I am only on the third floor (which is the top floor).

I used the stairs to get to my car on Sunday after work. Seven flights of stairs.

My husband and I always try to make one trip from the car and up the stairs. Which sometimes makes our arms and/or hands blue. The last set of stairs is inside of our apartment, so we then have to deal with the cats and dog getting in the way.
