Since I'm really getting bored of grinding magic, I decided to test out a glitch that's been around since the original FF2 on NES. If you start a battle with one weapon, attack for a few turns, then switch to another weapon type to finish the fight, the weapon you ended with will gain exp toward its level that would have been gained on the first weapon.
Example: Say you have Shield level 1, and Knife level 13, and you don't want to have to sit and stab yourself for an hour to gain level 14. Equip two shields, and "attack" for three or four turns, then switch to any two knives and end the fight. DING! Your knife skill gains the level your shield skill should have. The result? The glitch is still there! |

It probably has an issue similar to capture bridges, where the device is compressing the data before being sent to display. When I record using my Dazzle, I have to run a splitter from my system to both the Dazzle and my TV so that I can play normally. Getting away with what? Stupidity isn't a crime, you're both free to go. |
