They don't need a Drivers License, so they technically never need to learn the Traffic Rules, to ride a Bicycle.
It's especially a problem at Train Stations here.
Here in Japan, people use 2 Bicycles on a daily basis: One from Home to the Station, and one from Station to Work (and vice versa, of course).
Don't forget, that many Streets here are overpopulated as well, add Bicyclers to it, and then you add any Cars, Trams, Buses, etc. to the picture, and you can imagine how messy everything becomes...

Well, over here, it's 23 Degrees (hot) and Cloudy, while later today, they predicted it'll be up to 29 Degrees (really hot) and Rainy!

It's already a heat wave in Europe where I am vacationing. :P

The United States must be hotter than hell right now, even where I live it gets fucking hot.

Out of curiousity, in which Country are you currently located?
Or are you just Travelling around Europe, EU, or EEA?

Plays both carts and CD-ROMs? Odd. I wonder how it chooses which medium to boot from, if both are inserted.

I also wonder what the hardware inside it is like. Could it play retail SNES games or retail PlayStation games?

Well, the DS also had 2 Slots (GBA and DS), but unlike in the 90s, you can now choose what to use, Software-wise.
Since it's likely a Developer Unit, I assume the answer to the second Question would be, none.

It's too bad Nintendo missed out on making a CD-ROM add-on for the SNES and later the N64 ;) (unfortunately, companies like Panasonic and NEC had CD consoles of their own in the 1990s, so they weren't an option :P)

Nintendo has never Released a CD Console.
GameCube uses Mini-Discs, Wii uses DVD-ROMs, and Wii U uses either Proprietary Discs, or Blu-Ray.

While the Heath Wave is now over in Europe, it looks like it's now reaching my Continent:

But at least, the Rain has stopped here.

Depending on what the hardware inside it is, maybe it might be able to play some retail games. If it's close enough to a SNES or to a Playstation. But it's probably some weird mix that is incompatible with both.

Remember how I used to be a 3rd Party Nintendo Developer?
All Nintendo Test Hardware use the exact same Hardware as their Retail Counterparts (Dev Hardware typically have more RAM inside, but nothing else is different), but they're still not able to Run Retail Games, unless you Convert them to a 'Dev-friendly Format'.

Of course, they're everywhere. So I don't see how there's not really standardisation. Unless you are in Texas, where it's much more larger and I can confirm. And goddamn it autocorrect. "Standardisation" is just as correct as "standardization"!

I assume you either have it set to UK English, or Aussie English.
Either that, or simply turn off Auto Correct, like every other ace does.

I see "Acmlm" and "Board" as 2 words, and therefore, I call it "AcmlmBoard" (or "AB").
If I would call it "Acmlmboard" instead, then it would be a single word, and the short name would be "A".
