Well, I don't personally own the system myself, most of my experience is from playing on it with friends who own one, so just bear that in mind. Overall, it seems worth it to me. I'm actually planning to get one myself once I get a job and have some money for it.
Posted by Googie Well, from what I've used, it's a very comfy system in general. Feels nice in both the home console and portable mode, very pleasant to use system. It's not overly gimmicky like other Nintendo systems post-Gamecube, with the closest thing to a "gimmick" really being the home console/portable hybrid aspect of it, but that doesn't really detract from it. Posted by Googie I mean, Mario Odyssey probably. I've heard that new Animal Crossing is also pretty addicting. Smash Ultimate's pretty cool too. But really just look for whatever games interest you, if you can't even think of any games you'd want then you might not want to force yourself to buy it. The PS4 is a nice system but there's very little you can get out of it that you can't get elsewhere, whereas with the Switch there's a lot more exclusive content and reason to own that system specifically. PS4 has some neat exclusives and some obscure weeb games and JRPGs and stuff here and there, but Switch also has those things anyway and it's less money.
