My parents were out buying some supplies for the house they bought recently that I'll be moving to soon and there was not much food lying around so my brother and I tried making mac and cheese.

I mostly share the same thoughts as Schezo and Nicolyn in this regard so there's little I can say to elaborate on their points.
The only thing I can really say is that I am confused as to how you can derive enjoyment at all from using a phone to browse here unless you have no other available option. I'd second pretty much everything Epele said.
In addition to that, I'd say you have taken a huge step in the right direction in one way by talking about it as you are here. It's a point that many don't ever get to. Posted by Thieppy If you have anyone at all to talk to about this that's great, don't feel bad about opening up to them. It is difficult for many people to open up to those close to them about things like this and it's a very good thing that you have even been able to get to that point at all, so get everything you can out of that. Now I say this knowing very little of your personal/family life so there very well may be complications I am unaware of, but in general it's a very good thing if you can get any help at all from those close to you, and relying on them as someone to talk to is not something that should be problematic.
