I will say that I tihink the whole NEW system is bugged for some reason.

I've actually noticed that even if you pass all the way though like I told him it will still sometimes leave the forum marked as 'unread' when the thread should.

I think that when we go to implement the NEW(# of unread) EDIT, etc we should double check the existing code see if it's doing something odd.

Anyone else notice this?
