I Work for The University of Akron in a IT role for the Aux. Department This basically covers Dining and retail, printing and the campus card system. I work on almost everything, from UNIX and Windows servers, to Desktop Support , and Point Of Sale machines.

I'm curious what everyone else does? If you don't work (or if you want to discuss both) but are going to school what's your major?

I've never been into the LotRs.. I just a more into the more Sciency Fantasy I guess. I really can't think of anything coming out this year I am really excited or interested in.. but I've not really looked.

Right now I don't have anything yet myself, but I have a few ideas if I ever get time!

I think I am inline with how Lili~ ♥ said it. Mostly Positive while can be abused are far less often than the Negative. Plus Positive is easier to overlook or reverse if it is abused. Negatives have an inherit connotation that can go beyond a silly thread.

Also "Dislike" button just has a bad ring to it.

As long as you can remove your plus it's balanced. The idea was, as Kawa explained it to me, to show the Staff the topics worth bringing to everyone's attention. I like the concept in that mostly only the really good threads will break say 5 or 10 and up. So it should actually do it's job well.

A-clum-lim for me actually

Kafuka is a Japanese, super obscure word I found 11 years ago. I wanted something that reflected the fact my Mario 3 Hack was hard, and well "overload" with enemies. The word means "overload". It's not a common Japanese word either. I chose it for my domain simply because emuz.* was taken and it didn't sound so.. umm bad using my own username for my domain.
