Oh wow, thanks Trelior for the info.
I managed to get a genesect (even I if don't live in the USA) (I remember there was a glitch in B/W in which you changed the IP in NWC settings, and you could either get a shiny genesect, keldeo or meloetta. It was fixed long ago and now it only gives a shiny lvl100 porygon Z) As in white 2, I got 3 badges so far. |

Well, I just finished grinding to level 30 to take on Elesa, which took forever since I was only level 20 for Burgh... I stomped the whole Nimbasa Gym by using Blanket (Leavanny) and Baconator (Pignite). I did use Sola (Espeon) against Elesa, herself, but he really only ate a few Pursuits from Zebstrika before eating the catwalk...
Now that I'm in Driftveil, I thought I would swing by the PWT to visit the Move Relearner for Sola to get Psybeam... I was told that I have to beat Clay first, which I'll be grinding to level 35 to do to be certain that I'm safe during the boss fight. At that point, it wouldn't be worth it, since Espeon learns Psychic at level 37 in BW2. What good is a Quiet nature Espeon that not only lacks a STAB move, but any Special moves to begin with! He's not compatible with any of the Special TMs I have so far. Talk about a Useless Useful Pokemon, eh? |

I've kinda dropped off of WoW...the new content and people there just bore me, really. It's pretty much the same crap they've been rehashing for the last couple of expansions. Meh. Maybe I'll play it more some other time, just not interested in it at all right now.
I've tapered off of Diablo III for a bit, but will still be playing it off and on. I'll spend more time on it once the next patch comes out, to test the new changes and see if they make it more enjoyable again. Currently been dumping all my game time into 2Dudes. It's been quite some time since I last played even tRO, and this just seems like a breath of fresh air. Have a G-cross, Monk, and Swordie atm. ____________________ Sonnanja, ore no inochi wa toreneena! FFXIV: Jinpu Ishikawa RO2: Kougeki Miwashi Emikoku Steam: Ryudof |

I just rounded out the grind to 35 to be ready for Clay.
I will say this if you like Audino hunting to grind: DO NOT LEAD WITH AMPHAROS OR ANYTHING WITH THE STATIC ABILITY! It will draw in Emolgas by the fucking drove! I hate that field effect because not only is Emolga hard to kill using an Electric-type, it also gives so poor exp that it's not worth the effort. My White 2 Challenge Mode run will probably use Magnemite as its Electric-type since Magnet Pull doesn't affect shaky grass encounters since, as far as I'm aware, no Steel-types can appear in it to fuck up my grinding. |

Just blazed through Chargestone Cave, and I was surprised by the staggering amount of Tynamo I was running into. According to Serebii, the little bastards are supposed to appear a mere 2% of the time... And be only level 28.
I found six of them in a row, in a range from 28 to 31 in level. Something tells me Serebii's full of shit for the BW2 encounter rate there, because even with Sheepy's Static ability, it would draw out a lot more Joltik than Tynamo just on principle alone (Joltik's encounter rate is 40%, which when you shove Ferroseed and Klink down, it won't bring Tynamo up much). I'm making my way toward the Celestial Tower to work the rest of the team up before taking on the Mistralton Gym. My target is level 40, so far Blanket and Sheepy are done. I also decided to fuck around in Dream Radar since I could use play coins in it again. I managed to get two leppa berries, a green shard, a red shard, two Riolu (both female) and motherfucking Tornadus (Therian Form). The awesome thing about Dream Radar is that all of the Pokemon captured have their Dream World abilities. In total, I've gotten three Munna (two female, one male), one Swablu (male), one Sigilyph (female), and the aforementioned Riolus and Tornadus. If anyone is interested, I'm putting two of the Munnas and one of the Riolus up for trade. |

I wonder if it possible in black 2/white 2 to get a legit shiny zekrom/reshiram. Previous game had a shiny block.
It would be cool to have a shiny reshiram. On the other part, I beat the champion. I just needed to buy restorative items so I could be healed before fighting the champion. |

It's been a tossup between three Pokemon games for the past, like, two weeks. Black 2, Dream Radar, and Gale of Darkness, and I'm kinda getting burnt out on Pokemon.
In Black 2, I'm supposed to be training to take on the Mistralton Gym, but fuck hunting for Audino to make the grind easier... Hell, I have the Lucky Egg from Professor Juniper, and I still don't want to grind my team to level 40. In Dream Radar, I'm getting close to the extension that will make me find Thundurus, but I'm trying to collect dream orbs to upgrade my shit. It bugs the everliving fuck out of me that so many dream clouds appear in a close-knit clump that makes aiming at the orbs without bursting a cloud into more of them incredibly hard. It's important to leave the clouds intact until you can catch the orbs they throw since the orbs will disappear within a few seconds. If you catch a cloud's cluster fast enough, the last orb has a chance to pop out into more orbs to collect... Which is nice, but incredibly annoying when it overlaps with clouds you want to avoid. I wish I knew how to manipulate the cloud movements... In Gale of Darkness, I've had to fuck around with my sixth party slot so many times, I nearly gave up. At first, I was going to go with Larvitar (the one you trade a Trapinch to Duking for), but realized that when it finally evolves into Tyranitar, it'll double me up on Dark type since I'm using Houndoom. I, then, went on to train a Trapinch all the way to level 30 (where my team was headed at that point) only to find out that the worthless piece of shit didn't get anything good and would be forced to fight left-handed, even after evolution all the way to Flygon, because of its piss poor Special-based move set (it's a physical fighter, at that) since being that this is Gen III, its natural move pool is nigh entirely Special. I would have had to drop a few TMs into it that aren't worth giving to such a retarded 'mon. I finally decided on Spheal, and FUCK am I glad I did! My Sealeo kicks so much ass. It was totally worth dropping my TM03 and 13 (Water Pulse and Ice Beam) into her set. My team is (between 30 and 35, specifics aren't on my mind since I haven't played in a few hours): Banjo (Ursaring), Sola (Espeon), Batshit (Golbat, THE MOTHERFUCKER REFUSES TO EVOLVE!), Mushroom (Breloom), Buals (Sealeo), and Hellhound (Houndoom). As for plot progression, I just finished up at the Shadow Pokemon Factory. The fight against Gorigan kinda scared the piss out of me because of the way he fights. He wiped out half of my team before I could pull either of his Shadows out. I spent the majority of the last leg of the fight alternating between attacking and healing, because both Hypno and Primeape were wrecking my shit while I was attempting to snag them. I think I wound up using three Hyper Potions, four Full Heals, and about ten Soda Pops to keep Sola and Mushroom strong enough to absorb the punishment. I'm raising my team to level 40 (notice the trend?) to take on the last leg of the game, Citadark Isle. This is gonna be a bitch... I can tell already. As for not-Pokemon gaming, I finally decided to break ground with SMRPG. I'm up to the Forest Maze right now, and I'm enjoying myself so far... Except for the bosses. Seriously, fighting Mack for the first star piece took for-FUCKING-ever! I was seriously in that fight for a good fifteen minutes, and I had Mario dishing out some serious punishment! I wish I could have seen his max HP, because whatever it was, it was TOO FUCKING HIGH FOR THE FIRST BOSS OF THE GAME! |

I haven't purchased games to try yet. I stuck with what I owned.
I made progress at the first Borderlands ( I don't own Borderlands 2) and I made progress on Resident Evil 5. Ive seen Residents Evil's in-game stats, and they say the game is completed just 17%. I wonder why. I made quite some progress by now. I don't know to much about Resident Evil though.. Got the game two years ago for birthday.. Of Course I have been playing F.E.A.R.1 and Ridge Racer 7 too. Those are my latest products after all. F.E.A.R. kinda dissapoints me.. Ive sure seen interresting things, but.. why so few times? Most of the time there are just gunfights. Maybe it will get better later.. In the beginning of the game there where abnormal circumstances going on. Like ghosts laughing and saying cryptical things, disappearing or ''teleporting'' away afterwards. -they turned fully black and then breaking apart into black flocks (!) There where flashbacks and temporary playground changes as well. I liked the factory/industrial setting, but later on it hasn't changed. -Mah, it still looks nice, but I would'd mind another setting later on.. Ridge Racer 7 works with different rankings, or classes. Starting with lower performace verhicles of Class 4. Later on you'll find yourself driving with machines of Classes 3, 2 and 1. You choose for wich companies you race and when doing so, you unlock machineparts to purchase. Sometimes you'll get yourself a new machine (its like a car, really..) Some of the racetracks are nice, with multiple futuristic tunnels, or old town (townlike) sections. In this game the cars corner very fast. Its very possible to use nitrous while you about to enter a corner. You can't compare Ridge Racer to Forza Motorsport and the likes.. I will probably buy Halo 4 when its released. If I do I won't buy it just to ''try out''. I would play it seriously, just like I did with the other Halo titles. |

I finished up Black 2, and by "finished up" I mean that I beat the elites, romped the champ, and explored the rest of Unova, catching the newly unlocked legends.
Of the legends, the hardest to catch by (actual battle attempt count) was Creselia, I had to fight her three times. Once, I knocked her out; then, I wiped while continually failing to catch; finally, I caught the bitch. The hardest to catch in terms of balls used would have had to be Kyurem... I don't know why, but getting it into nigh invisible HP and paralyzing it, my Dusk Balls kept failing. I probably used about twenty of them. The easiest was a tie between Heatran and Zekrom. Both were chipped down easily enough and submitted fairly easily. I would have to give the trophy to Zekrom, though, since its capture rate is 45, as opposed to Heatran's 3. Interestingly enough, you're forced to beat the piss out of both Kyurem and Zekrom/Reshiram at least once before they're available to be caught. I will spare details since they're pretty big spoilers. Oh, I managed to find a shiny Golurk on Victory Road while trying to find N's Zoroark to meet with N. I found it under the same circumstances I found my shiny Cubone in SoulSilver last year, by letting my repel lapse and getting into a single encounter. Now, as opposed to Cubone (which got a beneficial nature [Jolly], optimal ability [Rock Head], and great IVs [high Attack and Speed]), Golurk kinda sucks... It's nature is bad (Naughty), it's ability is the worst of its three (Klutz), though counting its Dream World ability is unfair since it's not available in the wild, but Iron Fist is infinitely better. I haven't checked its IVs, because the ability and nature are off-putting on ever wanting to use it. I started up White 2 and used Key Exchange from Black 2 to unlock and activate Challenge Mode. To further up the ante, I decided to use a smaller team and carry two untrained HM slaves. I also allowed @Marzen64 and my friend Doc Sigma to decide on two of my fighting Pokemon. My team is: Smugleaf (Servine, named after the common fan nickname), Sodomizer (Magnemite, named indirectly by Doc), Echo (Growlithe, decided by Doc, named after my brother's Husky), Drake (Dratini, named by Marzen), Dux (Farfetch'd, Cut/Fly slave, named for the trade in Gen I), and Donatello (Tirtouga, Surf/Waterfall/Dive/Strength slave, named after my favorite turtle of TMNT) Now, since I decidedly put myself at such a large disadvantage, when I used PokeGen to generate Drake, Dux, and Donatello (I did it legitimately, save for Don, which I generated as a code-accurate shiny... Unless you count giving Drake two egg moves [Dragon Dance and ExtremeSpeed]) I also gave myself three Lucky Eggs to make the inevitable grinding easier to do. As for levels: Smugleaf, Echo, and Drake are level 20, and Sodomizer is level 22 since I used it against Roxie's gym because lolImmune. Progression-wise, I just beat the second gym, and I'm getting ready to move onto Castelia City. Haven't decided what level to grind to to take on Burgh, though Echo is going to be in the spotlight. In non-Pokemon news: I bought Castle Crashers, Cthulhu Saves the World, and Breath of Death VII on Steam. I've wanted Castle Crashers ever since Multipurpose Spam did their Spam Play of the Xbox version two years ago, and I got excited when I saw it released on Steam. I also bought both expansions (for the pink and purple knights). I'm playing as the purple knight because <3 purple. I only got Breath of Death because I wanted Cthulhu Saves the World, but couldn't get CStW alone. I have played neither as of yet. I'll eventually remedy that, but not now. |
