The thing that is cool about some emulation in platforms like Wii for example, it allows for some trickery to get to actual 1920x1080 resolution out say SSBB. I've not experianced this in person but I've seen some screenshots and it looks nice.

That's the part of emulation that's neat; hardware is in software so you can change mod it easily.

Ubuntu is also making a pure Linux Tablet OS. Not a fan of unity. It may use Wayland over X11 for the release. Pure Linux tablet has large appeal to me at least.

Yeah, I may not have been 100% clear, I think I wasn't all there when you asked me about it. For clarity I'll retype it, just in case

Bouche's original idea was a table block, (similar to the ones that have the query and "powered by Acmlm" image at the footer of the page.) and have it show between the header/menu block and the start of the page data (on a thread it would be before the thread title and new reply line. for example)

If there was an error it would return you to the previous page with the block saying why it was error state'd.

That's what Bouche and I discussed anyway

This one is mostly a bug fix update...

Changes made in this update:

• Changed the placement of the 'instant redirect' bar to be less obstructive
• Implementation of a "Theme of the day theme" This theme will pick a theme and it will stay that theme for 24 hours. After that period it will change to another theme.
• Ported the NotRO website theme to an ABII theme. (It's called Shades of Purple)

I have at least two tube TV. However mostly it's all flat screens anymore. I think I will hold on to one for classic gaming purposes. There are people who still swear by CRT monitors as well. Once I stopped using them, I just can't go back anymore.

Menu for today: Deep fried Pony slices in a rainbow mint jelly. Also we have a Powerpuff milkshake to do with it.

There is also canned 'unicorn' meat. I was kind of suprised thinkgeek chose this as one of the joke products to make for real. I like the icade and the classic "grow a 1-up" was cool.

Hello Developers,

I figured I should post my short term roadmap I have in mind for ABII's code base. Epele has been doing a lot of little things to help out, so we're moving forward for sure.

I figure for 2.5.1 we would make the roadmap dead simple; to reach .1, one of two juxtaposed feature sets must be reached. They are juxtaposed in that one is a forward looking, and the other is legacy.

Criteria 1: Group and Permissions Manager/Editor (Mostly complete)

This is an important one. While we will be able to make due with SQL and the foundation lib/manual control system (ie: whateveritis.php?something=5&anotherthing=23) we really should implement it. This would allow us to really have a release version any time we would like. (Not saying that'll be soon but remember an underlining goal is to make ABII an open source project, once it is more user friendly) Personally I think this is a task would better tackled by DJ Bouche and knuck, but that doesn't mean we have to wait for them to work on it either.

Criteria 2: Any remaining Legacy ABI features not currently ported and Key bugfixes/features

This one is a bit easier to do as it's not one giant feature, but a bunch of little ones. I know knuck mostly built, but lose a post radar system. Hopefully he can rebuild what he had ( knuck?)
